Making a u-turn
If a model needs to go back, it goes back to the store that sent it. We cannot accept returns because we never sold you anything.
Where a return starts
In your order history at the store you bought from. There is a returns option against each order; it prints a label and tells you what to do with the box. Most returns on diecast models are straightforward — they are small, light and easy to post.
Keep the packaging until you are sure. A carded model that has been opened is harder to return than one that has not.
Damaged or wrong model
Photograph it before you repack it, then raise it with the store. A chipped casting, a cracked blister or the wrong car in the box are all things stores resolve routinely, usually by replacing rather than refunding.
Multipacks sometimes state that styles may vary — if the box says that, a different assortment inside is not a fault.
Warranty
Any manufacturer warranty is handled through the store you bought from, as the seller of record. We cannot register a claim, chase one, or escalate it.
What we can do
Fix the catalog. If a card described a model wrongly and that is why you are returning it, tell us and we will correct the page. That is genuinely useful to us and to everybody reading it next.
