The long haul
We do not ship anything. We never see the model, never touch the box and never hold your address. Delivery belongs entirely to the partner store that sells the car.
Who ships it
Whichever store the product link opens. They take the order, pick the model, pack it and hand it to a carrier. Delivery options, costs and timescales are shown there during checkout — before you pay, not after.
Different stores quote different speeds for the same car. That is a matter between you and the store.
Tracking a parcel
Tracking lives in your order account at the store, usually with an email when the parcel moves. We have no access to any of it: we cannot look up an order, cannot see where a parcel is, and cannot speed one up.
If something is late, missing or arrives damaged, the store's support team is the only route that can actually fix it — and they can, quickly.
Why this is on the cards
Because people reasonably assume a catalog sells things. This one does not. Every button on this site hands you over to the store, and from that moment the order is theirs.
